RCE has over 18 years of engineering planning and design experience working in land development projects in the all over Texas area. RCE offers expertise in master planning and design for public and private infrastructure for hospitals and medical facilities, Institutional, multifamily, residential and commercial subdivision projects. RCE provides engineering knowledge during all phases of a project from feasibility through construction administration. RCE provided services for both a designer and project manager on more recent projects.

RCE has designed public and private roadways for new and existing developments throughout the greater San Antonio Area, San Marcos, Georgetown, Austin, Dallas, and Houston. Many of these developments have been with wide variety of drainage systems. RCE developed several hydrologic models and detention ponds using HEC-HMS, Pond Pack and Hydro flow Hydrographs. RCE has hands on experience with COSA and FEMA CLOMR and LOMR process. RCE assisted in several aspects of design and preparation of construction plans for varies drainage structures. RCE has hands on experience on site planning, grading, drainage, WPAP, SCS, water plans and waste water plans design.
